Our Services All Under One Roof
Our Process
That's How We Do It
People
Each Roundhouse team member personifies the character and commitment that is the very nature our historic company. Marketing inherently engages people and since we are in the people business, we place great value in our team members as they are the building blocks and strategic differentiator for Roundhouse.
Expectations
We add value to our client’s business by providing quality and service while executing flawlessly. There will never be a customer service department at Roundhouse for one simple reason: EVERYONE is involved in some way in exceeding client expectations. Customer service is not a department, but rather a core attribute of our culture.
Vision
We intend to continue developing our dynamic integrated marketing services platform and our “under one roof” concept by uniting the efforts of our people, technology and strategic partners. This synergy ultimately allows us to seamlessly deliver effective marketing solutions.
Development
A particularly distinctive aspect of who we are and who we work is our full range of in-house services. From concepting, copywriting, graphic design and photography to printing, digital, warehouse and fulfillment services, the “Roundhouse way” of getting it done is wholly unique among marketing companies.
Execution
One of the hallmarks of our company has always been the ability to be entrepreneurial when solving problems and meeting deadlines, regardless of how insurmountable they may seem at the time.

Behind the scenes, Kim is also the steady hand helping keep our “tight ship” running with efficiency, organization, and heart.
Community Involvement
At the core of our company culture is a commitment to supporting the communities where we live and work. We believe meaningful impact happens when people come together, which is why we actively promote employee paid volunteer hours and local charitable giving throughout the year. Our team members are encouraged to lend their time and talents to causes they care about, from giving blood to registering to ring on behalf of the Salvation Army red kettle campaign, supporting food drives and nonprofit fundraising events. As a company, we’ve rolled up our sleeves on numerous occasions to participate in the United Way—repaving nature trails and cultivating veggies. Each holiday season Roundhouse donates to several non-profit organizations in the name of our clients including American Family Children’s Hospital and Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin.
Together, we strive to strengthen our community, foster connection, and create positive change—one project, event and act of service at a time.
